Get in touch
We're a small team of disabled creators behind one of the warmer disabled friendship sites on the web. If you need help, want to share feedback, or have an accessibility request, we read every message - usually within two business days.
Ways to reach our team
Pick the address that fits your question. All emails go to real people on the community team - not a chatbot, not a ticket queue dressed up as a person.
-
General questions
For anything about your account, the community, or finding a disabled mate on the platform: [email protected]
-
Accessibility help
Hit a barrier with a screen reader, captions, keyboard nav, or anything else? Write to [email protected] and we will respond first.
-
Press and partnerships
Journalists, advocates, and disability orgs writing about disabled friendship sites or our work: [email protected]
-
Response time
Two business days for general mail, one business day for accessibility issues, same day for urgent safety reports.
Community support, not just customer service
Most messages we get aren't bug reports - they're questions about disclosure, devotee handling, or "is this person too good to be true?" That's exactly what we're here for. Our community team is staffed by disabled and neurodivergent moderators who have lived versions of what you're writing about. We answer in plain language, we don't push you toward a sale, and if your question is better answered by a peer than by us, we'll say so and point you somewhere thoughtful.
Accessibility help line
Email isn't always the right channel. If writing is tiring or your assistive tech works better with voice, you have three other ways in:
- Captioned phone: 1-888-555-0142, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm Central. Calls are routed through a captioning service so spoken words appear as text on the caller's screen - useful if you're hard of hearing or work with a CART writer.
- ASL video relay: Use any standard VRS provider (Sorenson, ZVRS, Convo, Purple) and dial the same number. A Deaf community team member is on call Tuesday and Thursday afternoons; outside those hours, video messages route to our voicemail-to-text service.
- Voicemail-to-text: Leave a voicemail any time. Our system transcribes the message and emails it to the same access@ address, so we can reply in your preferred format - text, email, or a return call.
If none of these work for you, write us anyway and tell us what would. We have added new contact options before because a member asked.

Please don't contact us about these
We never handle these requests outside the platform
- Account help via social media DMs. If anyone replies to your tweet or Instagram comment offering to "fix" your account, it isn't us. Real account help only happens at [email protected] from a verified address.
- Password resets, login codes, or two-factor codes by phone or text. We will never ask for these. Anyone who does is running a scam.
- Payment outside the app. The platform never charges through Venmo, Cash App, gift cards, crypto, or wire transfers. If a "support agent" requests payment this way, stop and report it.
- Personal romantic advice for someone you matched with. We're not equipped to mediate a relationship. Our communication guide and safety tips article are better starting points.
- Identity verification of another member by phone. For your safety and theirs, we don't confirm whether someone is "really" who they say. Use in-app reporting if a profile feels off.
A 2023 FTC report flagged that 40% of disabled daters have been targeted by romance or impersonation scams. Holding the line on these channels is how we keep that number from growing inside our community.
More on how we handle reports and what to do if something feels off lives on our safety and privacy page.
